Just a quick update from UGA today on the juvie eagle from yesterday's blog, since I probably left y'all fearing the worst, just like I was:
Just wanted to give you an update on our eagle. The surgery went well; there is a lot of hardware in that femur but he is doing well with recovery. Going to be a long road to recovery and we're expecting to keep him in hospital for several weeks before removing the hardware and sending to a rehabber.
